Represented by London agency and production house Agent At Large I work as a professional London food photographer who specialises in bold and graphic commercial food photography. Having worked with a host of clients over the years you can find my full portfolio here at www.scottchoucino.com as well as with my agent at www.agentatlarge.co.uk . Over the years I have shot everything from a start ups first job, right through to well recognised world wide campaigns. I have also shot and directed several shorts and production for TV. You can find some of my food and drink videography here.

How To Book a Good Food Photographer
If you are looking to book my services for a shoot in the UK or abroad, you can either contact me directly or contact my agent if you find I am away on a job. You can find both of our contact details here. Booking a London food photographer can be a stressful task, especially when there is so much pressure to get the job delivered on brief and on time. Thankfully with 15 years of experience, there are few scenarios that I haven’t come across before.
From shooting in 5 countries in a week through to building custom studio set ups for time-lapse and stop motion food and drink video. With a great photography agent at the helm, a brilliant producer, and a huge address book of studios, prop houses, stylists, set builders, home economists, DOPs, set designers, retouchers, digital techs and assistants, I am always confident that we can get the job done.

London Food Photography Studio
I also have my own food photography studio just outside of London that I often shoot from. You can find out more about the studio and the space I work in here. However, we often rent studios close to clients to make their life as easy as possible. Be that in South London or the outskirts of Paris.
My food photography studio is fully kitted out with high resolution stills cameras, 4k video cameras, and high end Broncolor lighting to make sure that all of our images are always of the highest standard both technically and creatively. We also have a resident cat that often travels to my own studio. Her name is Moggy and she is a ragdoll that loves people.

High-End Food Photography, London
Some briefs call for a straightforward product shot. Others call for something with real production value behind it — bespoke sets, considered lighting, a level of craft that reads instantly as premium. This page is about the latter: high-end food and drink photography for brands where the imagery itself needs to signal quality, not just show the product.
What “high-end” means here
Not every commercial shoot needs a full production. High-end work is different in scale and intent — it’s built for brands where the photography is doing more than documenting a product; it’s carrying the brand’s positioning.
That typically means:
- Bespoke set builds rather than off-the-shelf backdrops
- Full studio production — Broncolor lighting, high-resolution view cameras, and an in-house editing suite geared toward large-format, print-ready output
- National and OOH campaign work, where imagery needs to hold up at billboard scale
- Considered art direction, developed with agencies and stylists rather than shot as a quick turnaround
Case studies
Cathedral City — National Billboard Campaign Briefed by Otherway, this campaign paired cheese with macro food photography for a national out-of-home billboard run — a brief that demanded imagery sharp and considered enough to hold up at that scale. Read the full case study →
Kenvue — Global Rebrand Photography Photography for a worldwide rebrand campaign covering household health brands including Calpol, Listerine, and Neutrogena — produced with agent Agent-At-Large, ARWEC production, and stylist Ambra. Read the full case study →
Wafflemeister — Bold and Colourful Waffle Photography A full production built around colour, texture, and food styling craft, with food stylist Christina Murray, retoucher Robert Gurney, and prop stylist Karen White. Read the full case study →
Who this is for
This level of production suits premium FMCG brands, hospitality groups, and drinks brands briefing above-the-line campaigns, packaging hero shots, or OOH work where the imagery needs to carry brand positioning, not just show a product. Past high-end production work has been shot for Dolmio, PepsiCo, Doritos, Ben’s Original, Cathedral City, Kenvue, and Wafflemeister, working alongside agencies and production companies including Otherway, Agent At Large, and ARWEC.
Studios
Full production is shot from fully equipped studios in London and Leicester, both set up for bespoke builds — Broncolor lighting, a full grip package, high-resolution view cameras, and an extensive prop and background store.
