I’ve spared you my poem ‘An Ode to Jam’; my writing isn’t quite up to scratch yet. The sweet stuff is such a favourite of mine I received a jam advent calendar two years running. (Ten out of ten would recommend. You can keep your chocolate; there’s nothing quite like the joy of a new daily jam flavour to perk up a cold morning). Instead here’s a recent love letter to jam through the medium of photography. And yes, my studio is absolutely covered in blue paint and this time, yes, I did eat all the shoot leftovers. I don’t regret a thing.
