Melton Mowbray Cattle Market Photo Essay
Yesterday I was given the opportunity to walk around Melton Mowbray Cattle Market and get an insight into how the place runs. After a VERY early start, I set to work as the cattle were offloaded and their passports were checked. I walked around the Market for 7 hours (it was so cold, my 5D froze and I had to revert to the fuji x100 a lot). Melton Mowbray Cattle Market was such an interesting place, I had never been anywhere like that before, so there was a lot to take in. I could probably spend a week there taking portraits and documenting the place, it was like being in another world.
After having made a rather large selection of images to process, I started to think about how to present them. For now, it is a rather large blog post. Although I do have future plans for these images.
