Turning a cyclist into a runner

Having been a swimmer, swimming coach in Asia, a cyclist for a few UK teams and spent a good 7 years doing a diploma (Leicester College), BSc and post grad in sports science at UWIC, the prospect of photographing for an article about turning cyclists into runners was something that really screamed out to me. Below are a small selection of images I recently shot for an article about turning cyclists into runners.

Photo of Adrian Gammage from a recent photo story about cyclists turning into runners. This was shot on a 5Dmk2 with a 50mm 1.4 lens very early in the morning on Ogmore beach in Wales.
